Baldwin Borough has always taken great pride in the men and women who have served our country
in the armed forces. The Military Banner Program solutes those who are currently serving and those
who have served in the military.
Banners will be on display Memorial Day to Veterans Day. Please note these banners may be
purchased after Veterans Day, but will not be exhibited until the following spring.
The one-time cost to join the program is $90. The information to purchase a banner can be found at
