Dan ’ s no stranger to the almond industry – he ’ s been working at Century Orchard for 20 years , and has no plans to change careers anytime soon .
The born and bred Loxton local launched his career in the industry with a traineeship , and has since gone on to earn a Certificate in Irrigation Management and Diploma in Orchard Management .
Described by Century ’ s Operations Manager Scott McKenzie as the company ’ s “ Irrigation Water Master ”, Dan enjoys the diversity of work and sees himself as an industry life-timer .
