We want to meet with different types of individuals and understand their actions, motivation
and thinking around waste disposal and recycling. Through this, then generate ideas to
improve the current situation.
Waste Collectors
Apart from the end users, this project also serves as an opportunity for designers of different
expertise to come together, use their skills to tackle daily social issues like this one, beyond a purely
commercial scope, for example in designing to acquire more users, drive more sales and etc.
We want to deep dive into collectors’ daily work, uncover key painpoints and then redesign key
components that can make an impact, namely making a collector’s job less challenging.
