Daniel So Kenchy Chan Jack Ng Heidi Lee
Daniel was born and raised in Hong Kong
and educated in Toronto, Canada. He is
currently working as a freelance researcher
and strategist. Kenchy was born and raised in Hong Kong.
She is currently working as an assistant
marketing manager in Lane Crawford. Jack was born and raised in Hong Kong.
where he majored in Fashion Design at
Polytechnic University. He is currently
working as an art director at an event
and staging production company with
numerous international clients helping
them with their events. Heidi is an experienced UX/UI designer
with a graphic & web design and
development background. She was
born in Hong Kong and received most
of her education in Canada where she
graduated from UBC with bachelor degree
in Computer Science and graphic design
certificate from Emily Carr.
Strategy
Previously, he was Assistant Vice President
for the Client Experience Strategy Team in
Credit Suisse, one of the world’s leading
investment and private banks. Prior to this,
he led the Experience Strategy Team as
well as the Strategic Marketing Team in
Lane Crawford.
In his spare time, he enjoys trail running,
playing football, discovering new indie
music and film as well volunteering.
He is also a guest lecturer at at Hong
Kong Baptist University teaching Design
Thinking.
Daniel holds a Bachelor degree in
Commerce from Rotman School of
Commerce, University of Toronto
specialising in Economics and Finance.

Project Management
She started her career in a creative agency
as an account executive. Through years
of working in advertising and marketing,
she truly enjoys working with different
talents to develop great content that truly
connects with the customers.
She is also very concerned about local
social issues. During her work and spare
time, she actively looks for opportunities to
make positive changes in society.
Art Direction
Further to this, he is also an experienced
graphic designer as well as fashion
designer. He is passionate about infusing
design and art elements into brands and
believes good art can inspire people while
good design can motivate life. He has
helped multiple brands on their branding
and visual identity, focusing mainly on
smaller local brands.
Beyond work, he enjoys music, movies and
drawing.
Experience Design
Following her return to Hong Kong, she
now works as an UX/UI designer at Lane
Crawford and previously I.T Apparels Ltd,
both leading luxury fashion retailers in
the city. She participated heavily in the
planning and design of Lane Crawford’s
online website and mobile application
which further sharpened her skills.
Apart from her work, she enjoys music and
running, exploring places around the city,
always actively learning and trying new
things.
