Real. Raw. Resilient: Indiana Nursing Students Unite for 2026 IANS Convention
The Indiana Association of Nursing Students( IANS) is gearing up to host its 2026 IANS Annual Convention on Saturday, January 31, 2026, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the IU Indianapolis Campus Center. This year’ s theme,“ Real. Raw. Resilient: Empowering the Next Generation of Nurses,” highlights professional growth, advocacy, and resilience— core values shaping the future of nursing.
The convention will feature nationally recognized nurse influencers Mike Linares(@ SimpleNursing) and Lindsey Shelton(@ ScrubHacks), who will share insight, motivation, and practical tools to support students navigating nursing school and early professional practice.
Attendees can also look forward to employer networking opportunities, a nursing specialty panel, scholarship opportunities, and empowering discussions designed to meet students where they are— whether just beginning their nursing journey or preparing to transition into practice. With strong statewide engagement expected, the 2026 IANS Convention promises a dynamic space for leadership development, professional connection, and inspiration.
