Megan Le
Vice President Villanova University Villanova, PA vicepresident @ nsna. org
Hello NSNA members! My name is Megan Le, and I’ m honored to serve as your NSNA Vice President, and Chair of the Membership Committee for the 2025-2026 term. Originally from Seattle, WA, I am a senior at Villanova University, minoring in Disabilities Studies and Psychology. I plan to pursue higher education after my BSN and hope to work in either a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or the Emergency Department.
This past summer, I had the incredible opportunity to work with a remote patient monitoring company. My role involved both in-field experiences visiting patients in their homes and office-based responsibilities, including virtual check-ins with patients and monitoring vital signs. I also participated in calls with the company’ s clients, which gave me a broader perspective on the many diverse roles nurses can play in healthcare!
My NSNA journey began in Nashville, where I experienced the power of this organization! I connected with nursing students across the country, felt inspired to write resolutions and understand more of what NSNA is, and to grow my leadership. That experience pushed me to become more involved, as well as with the help
of my mentors at Villanova. My sophomore year, I was elected as Legislative Coordinator on the Student Nurses’ Association of Pennsylvania Board of Directors( SNAP), and the following year, as Vice President. Throughout my journey as a student nurse leader, I have learned a tremendous amount from my fellow peers and mentors.
I encourage all of you to learn more about yourself, lean into discomfort, try something new, and grow your community! The Membership Committee this year is focusing on our theme,“ Strength in Community.” NSNA has such a diverse community, full of bright leaders. We all have something to learn from one another.
By listening, supporting, and showing up for each other, we build a strong foundation for powerful change. Be bold, get involved, and surround yourself with people who lift you higher! I am beyond excited for the year we are going to have together. Please reach out to me— I am here to help support you and your chapter, so do not hesitate to reach out via email to vicepresident @ nsna. org.
