Lead the Way: Unlock Your Leadership Potential at the NSNA Annual Convention!
I am excited to remind my fellow NSNA members that the 73rd Annual Convention is quickly approaching. It will be held from April 9-13, 2025, at the Seattle Convention Center- Arch in Seattle, Washington. This event is a fantastic opportunity for nursing students to advance their careers through personal growth and leadership while participating in national advocacy measures for policy change and voicing concerns. You can learn more about the event by visiting the NSNA Convention website at www. nsnaconvention. org.
My name is Caprice Leighton, and I am your Northern Area Representative for the Nominating and Elections Committee. It is my pleasure to invite you to participate in this year’ s convention, which highlights two exemplary keynote speakers:
n Donna Cardillo,“ The Inspiration Nurse”: Donna will kick off the convention with her powerful insights on leadership, personal growth, and finding joy in the nursing profession. With over 35 years of experience and a passion for empowering nurses, Donna’ s message is one you will not want to miss.
n Dr. Randolph F. R. Rasch: A distinguished educator and expert in nursing leadership, Dr. Rasch will close the event with an impactful session on diversity, career advancement, and making a difference in healthcare. These sessions are perfect for any nursing student looking to grow, connect, and take their leadership skills to the next level.
