One of my go-to strategies is rewriting my notes on a whiteboard . This method forces me to actively engage with the material , helping me internalize and understand concepts more deeply . I repeat this process until I can confidently recall the information without hesitation .

I like to take it one concept at a time for no more than 45-50 minutes at a time . I know that I fully understand the material when I ’ m able to teach someone else the concept . It reminds me of training someone — you can ’ t train someone if you don ’ t understand what you are training them for . The “ why ” we are doing it is when we understand what we are doing .
