When enthusiastic and passionate individuals run for an NSNA leadership position , they being to grow as a nurse leader . The experience of running for the NSNA national office is genuinely unforgettable . Personally , running for NSNA leadership has been challenging and rewarding as well as made me grow as a person , leader , and future nurse . Additionally , serving nationally has connected me with fellow nursing students and nurses across the nation .
