The tobacco market is influenced by multiple changes. In such
conditions it is important as never before to meet all expectations and
needs of customers, offering them a modern high-quality product
at a reasonable price.

sing this policy, Jadé works in the market of Russia and
Central Asia. With positioning as a feminine brand for
connoisseuses of slim cigarettes and following the right pricing strategy, in March
we managed to overturn the key annual indicator and achieve 0.54% market share.
To maintain an image of a real female brand, in the end of 2017 we held My Bright Day Contest. Beautiful women
from eight Russian cities won an all-girl party for themselves and their friends. Girls visited a beauty parlor, passed
by the city in a limousine and had a dinner in a restaurant in the evening.
To maintain sales, in March and April we held a motivational program in the region with the highest potential for increase
in the SSL segment – in the South. Sales teams of Megapolis and ITG, wholesalers and retail customers took part in the
program. Thanks to joint teamwork, we managed to increase our sales by 35 % compared to the plan!
Of course, it is important to monitor trends and go along with them. Due to changes in customer preferences and
significant decrease in demand for menthol cigarettes, the La Menthe product line was excluded from the Jadé
portfolio. Now, stock of this product is being sold, and new berry-flavored Jadé Les Clipse is prepared for launch.
We believe that this product will help the brand to break new ground, and our customers will duly appreciate it!
