#Global Procurement
In August, the Procurement Department held its
regular "Creative Friday" event where it announced the
second part of the "We Deliver" program, now called
"Changing the Specs". The project has a completely
different approach intended to push our team to a
new level of efficient cooperation and compliance with
procurement procedures. This will improve the current
practices and specifications and therefore increase the
efficiency of business processes.
Who can participate in the project?
Any employee of the Russia and Central Asia Cluster
who is a procurement initiator, or any employee who
is actively participating in the procurement process
in projects that have been launched, completed and
formalized under contracts with suppliers throughout
the financial year.
How are the projects assessed?
All the projects will be assessed based on the following
key criteria:
• compliance with the schedule;
• compliance with the requirements of the Company’s
procedures;
• importance/role of a change in the approach to the
procurement project implementation compared to
the previous approach (for repeating projects) and of
the initially suggested approach (for new projects);
•
importance/role of changes in specifications
or requirements of the procurement project
compared to the previous terms (for repeating
projects) and of the initially suggested
specifications and requirements (for new
projects).
Please note that the main criterion for assessing the
projects within the Program will not be costs and
expenses, but the novelty and creativity of the approach
or changes in specifications, as well as the importance
of such changes for final results in terms of sales
amount, time or quality.
More details on assessment criteria and statuses of the
program will be provided later. achieve better results. I think that 'We Deliver' will help
