In Fiscal Year 2023 ( October 1 , 2022 – September 30 , 2023 ), Central Asia Institute continued to make significant strides in optimizing our impact . We increased overseas program spending by 17 % over the previous year without increasing operational expenses like fundraising and administration , meaning a greater portion of our budget — and your dollars — went directly to our programs .
None of this would have been possible without your incredible generosity . In Fiscal Year 2023 , 4,673 donors like you contributed towards these life-changing programs , most of whom have been supporting CAI for years , if not decades . We are so grateful to have you as a partner in our mission .
