RISING STAR PROGRAM KEHE PREPARES PARTICIPANTS FOR A DIRECTOR LEVEL ROLE WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION 70% KeHE provide a consumable development program that leverages existing resources, leaders, and experiences to the greatest extent possible to meet the objective. Participants gain visibility outside of their own teams within KeHE with minimal additional time commitments. They also receive additional support from the Talent Team to help provide consistant engagement.
