Through a pilot program at Burruss Correctional Training Center , offenders can earn a certificate through Central Georgia Technical College while using augmented reality and live welding technology to learn job skills ! This program will help students gain valuable experience and become productive citizens . # Reentry
Congratulations to 55 Pulaski State Prison offenders for receiving diplomas ! Thirty-one GEDs and 23 associate degrees were presented , along with one offender earning the Georgia Department of Corrections ’ first bachelor ’ s degree from Ashland University through the Second Chance Pell Grant . # Education # Reentry
