GDC Offenders Offered COVID-19 Vaccination
Thanks to countless dedicated staff , officers , medical partners , and the Georgia Department of Corrections ’ Incident Response Team , approximately 30,000 offenders have received a COVID-19 vaccination . As the number of inmates inoculated is rapidly evolving and numbers are changing weekly , our goal is to ensure every offender in our custody is offered and receives a COVID vaccine at no cost .
