CO BRIAN PEACOCK BACON PDC / TC
Officer Peacock has been with the Georgia Department of Corrections ( GDC ) since 2018 and has shown tremendous growth and willingness to work . Due to changes in detail work caused by COVID-19 , Officer Peacock was re-assigned to shift and stepped up to become the Sanitation Officer during a time of need . Officer Peacock is defined as a team player who takes great pride in helping keep Bacon Probation Detention Center / Transitional Center ( PDC / TC ) safe and secure . His positive attitude and ability to step up , no matter the need , brings credit to the GDC , as well as Bacon PDC / TC .
CO TESHA LEWIS SMITH STATE PRISON
Officer Lewis has been a dedicated employee for 13 years and currently serves at Smith State Prison ( SP ). Her knowledge of the agency shines through her impeccable work ethic , and she displays diligence in every position that she holds . Her observation , alertness , and continuous monitoring allow her to contribute to the safety of Smith SP . Officer Lewis can always be counted on and goes beyond the call of duty . Her attitude and job performance make her a valued employee not only at her facility , but with the agency as well .
