T Lipsy has many competitor stores which could be a threat, some of their competitor brands include Missguided, river island and Miss Selfridge. Competitive retailers definitely affect a business financial outcome, if there a stores with similar stock it means their sales
may end up being limited as they share the same customers. Also say if one of the competitor stores did a collaboration with a more famous celebrity that collaboration may be more popular and could result in Lipsy losing customers.
