what everyone is doing :
Sheena : is eating mostly
raw foods , smoothies ,
chicken , fish etc she has
not been cleared to do
any work outs yet but is
living proof it is 80% nutrition as she is smaller
now than she was when
she got married 10 years
ago.
Merisa : is doing lower
carb ( not no carb just
limiting the amounts of
bread, pasta etc she
has ) walking a mile 3
times a week and doing
challenges ( 30 day
squat challenge , ab
