I wanted to drop you an email regarding a member of your team, Ms. Christina Tserkis. I have had to schedule several appointments at JHU for my twins over the last 8 months and it has been a nightmare, to say the least, trying to get through to the correct scheduling person and then not be put on hold endlessly, and then to not have the correct appointments set up.

However, all that changed when I was put in contact with Ms. Tserkis several months ago. She said she would call back with the relevant information and five minutes later she did just that. She emailed the necessary information and went out of her way to schedule both my twins for MRI’s on the same day. This week, the MRI’s had to be rescheduled due to my children being ill, and she kindly did just that.

Nothing has been too much for Ms. Tserkis to do. She has been extremely professional, prompt, true to her word and kind. All too often, I notice people complaining and consumed by their own issues. In this case, I want to make sure you know how pleased I am to have been dealing with Ms. Tserkis. I think she deserves to be complimented on her customer service skills, knowledge and professionalism. She is certainly an asset to your team.

Thank you for having her on your team, and please, can I request that she knows there has been a complimentary email regarding her work? Sometimes we can all do with our spirits lifted, and I want her to know that I have appreciated all her assistance.
