COMBINING STRENGTHS. DRIVING PROGRESS.

LIGHTING • ELECTRONICS • SEATING
As a global automotive and mobility technology leader, FORVIA combines the best of Faurecia and HELLA. At CONEXPO-CON / AGG 2026, we demonstrate how integrated lighting, electronic systems and seating solutions set new standards for performance, safety and operator comfort in construction and mining applications.

CONEXPO PREVIEW
two-deck design with a vibrating feed box that spreads material evenly for stronger stratification and maximum open area utilisation.
This will be joined by a next-generation Cemco ® Vertical Shaft Impactor, which merges the strengths of the legacy Cemco platform with features from Superior’ s Valor ® VSI for optimised“ rock on rock performance”.
The P500 Patriot ® cone crusher will also be displayed, which now has a factory-approved power upgrade option available, taking this machine up to 600 hp( 447 kW).
And, of course, the company’ s selfcontained – and portable – radial stacker will be on the booth. This redesigned machine – which received updates to the truss depth, power supply and load zone hopper – results in improved efficiency for up to 500 t / h of stacking.
Superior is also introducing an updated set of skirting solutions designed for cleaner, tighter control across load and transfer zones. These newly designed Adjustable Skirtboards arrive in pre-assembled sections with trim to fit mounting legs to match individual conveyor designs.“ Paired with them, RockGuard™ Skirting Liners add dust sealing through steel backed rubber or urethane options in a range of lengths, heights and thicknesses,” it added.
Good vibrations
Also unveiling its largest CONEXPO presence to date is Haver & Boecker Niagara, which has designed its event space to be an immersive, museum-style experience.
“ Visitors will navigate through themed spaces showcasing diagnostics, processing equipment, screen media, and aftermarket service and support,” the company says.“ Each area will feature hands-on displays and engaging video content that illustrates Haver & Boecker Niagara’ s signature PROcheck solutions – its comprehensive program for improving screening efficiency and reducing downtime through data-driven insights.”
Additionally, attendees will have the rare opportunity to see an 8-by-20-ft( 2.4 x 6.1 m), triple deck Niagara F-Class vibrating screen operating on the tradeshow floor.
“ The demonstration highlights the vibrating screen’ s advanced design, which delivers virtually no vibrations to the structure, even under demanding conditions,” the company says.“ This stability translates to longer equipment life, simplified maintenance and consistent performance, making it a standout solution for … producers looking to maximise uptime and efficiency and lengthen the lifecycle of their equipment.”
PRO Line screening
Wirtgen Group’ s materials processing company, Kleemann, will be presenting its MOBISCREEN MSS 1102 PRO scalper, a new PRO Line screening plant, in North America for the first time at CONEXPO.
The plant is designed for processing materials at rates of up to 750 t / h and is ideal for use in quarries or small mining operations.
Kleeman explains:“ The intuitive plant control concept reduces the risk of operating errors and minimises operator training time. Additionally, all relevant functions can be operated from a safe distance, thereby ensuring a higher level of occupational safety.”
Thanks to the optional Dual Power drive, the MSS 1102 PRO can be operated electrically. In conjunction with other Kleemann crushing and screening plant and smart line coupling, the new scalper demonstrates its advantages for customers as part of a complete production system.
The Kleemann screening plants can now also be equipped with SPECTIVE CONNECT. This digital application provides operators with all relevant data such as speed, consumption values and fill levels directly on their smartphone, the company says.
The stockpile monitoring function provides a display of the status of material stockpiles, meanwhile, making the work easier and increasing productivity.
