Bonfire & BBQ
Heritage Academy students, staff and
guests were all fired up for the Back To
School Bonfire and BBQ held in Wexford
Plantation, Hilton Head Island. Special
thanks to the Sewell family for their
generous hospitality and hosting the
event.
Open House
Heritage Academy recently hosted an Open
House, inviting the local community to find out
what the Academy has to offer local students.
Heritage Academy students shared with visitors
their passions, what they love most about the
school and why it is such a good fit for them
personally.

IJGA ESL Club
IJGA held their first ESL club meeting
last week. The club’s goal is to continue
to engage students in learning and
being accepting of other cultures as
they transition through their experience
in learning English while attending the
Academy. The club will meet every
Sunday and Wednesday evening during
their study session.
