• Take a look at the UN Sustainable Development Goals and integrate those that are more relevant to your operations into your strategy. They will help you reinvigorate your storytelling and are visually striking. Besides, it is the right thing to do. Without the commitment of companies, the SDGs are not likely to become a reality by 2030.

• Honour SDG #17. This is the right time for fostering new partnerships and precompetitive collaborations. The challenges we are facing are increasingly complex, which means that we need each other more than ever. It is OK to acknowledge we do not have all the answers.

• Communicate. Communicate. Communicate. Tell the world how your company is implementing robust, sustainable business models. Acknowledge your weaker parts and share the way you are tackling them. Candid communication will pay off, so will transparency.

• And do not forget to pay your fair amount of taxes, so our welfare systems can be funded and provide adequate life opportunities for every person in need.
