In LatAm , talent is in demand across Brazil , Columbia , Chile , Panama and Argentina . In Africa , buying power is high across Nigeria , South Africa , Kenya and elsewhere . In Southern and East Asia , meanwhile , complexities of regulation or outright governmental hostility makes for a challenging recruitment market .
