on the floor.
Back on the plane, the stewardess
returned our passports. In Ecuador, the
mistreatment continues. We were push
against the wall and, for getting the final
visa, we underwent another round of
questions: why we came, whom are we
going to visit, whether we are married
or single, how long we have planned to
stay and even how it was possible that
we had paid a ticket if the wage in Cuba
is not enough for that.
And the return?
The Cuban emigration officers ask you
again make thousands of questions. If
they please, they break the suitcases and
take everything. Many passengers have
been victims of outrageous stealing,
because the bags are no secured, but
usually wrapped with nylon. The
luggage belonging to one girl who came
behind me in Mexico, was simply break
to get the merchandise. You must live
