IV. Achievements

It is relevant to point out the tie that was
established between these communities’
youth; they laid the groundwork for
joint future actions and commitments.
We the youth, are no longer disunited,
but rather working together to protect
our communities. We generated a
COMMITMENT.
Juventud
AfroPeruana will be able to participate as
Observer at the Twentieth Parties Conference (Lima, 2014).
For the first time in the history of World
Youth Conferences on Climate Change,
we managed to attract 80 leaders from
different communities that have historically been excluded and made this event
a success. We have support from the
United Nations Program for Development (UNPD), Ministry of the Environment, Terra des Hommes, the Asociación Negra de Defensa y Promoción
de los Derechos Humanos ASONEDH,
and CHIRAPAQ, and of experts on the
subject.
