icreate Africa. www.icreateafrica.com I am a graduate of Madonna University Elele in Public Health. In pursuit of a white collar job, I stumbled on Icreate Africa in July 2018 and in October, lo and behold, a never ending journey began! My life has drastically changed since then and it is still transforming daily. I birthed my personal business @alvinzkitchen which has had massive growth and expansion in various ways that I could never imagine before. We have done several media tours in Lagos and Abuja, all expenses paid trips, a platform that helped a lot. People respected us. Looking back on how far I have come I can’t help but be thankful to God. This was a lad burning pots back in the day but now being a Champion, it’s super phenomenal. I recently just catered for 200 guests which was mindblowing; I have gotten more solo jobs for events and personal consumption. I am overwhelmed with joy, still in awe and forever grateful to iCreate, to Mr Bright Jaja, a great leader, and the entire team for this remarkable initiative. It has really brought out the best in me. May God keep using you to change the narrative and setting standards in Africa! Today I stand as a brand ambassador to BON HOTEL ABUJA who is currently training me a great deal in the culinary world and exposing me to a new world of Food I never thought I would see in Nigeria, not to mention to be learning at no cost on my side. Kudos to Chef Chris. Recently, I just concluded my culinary school with “Red dish chronicle” under the teaching of the impeccable chef Stone and his team. A really big Thanks also to my beloved friends, my backbone Sarah+ Herbert and my parents, my number source of inspiration and motivation.
