LWPT News Roundup
Office opening hours during Covid-19
For the safety of all our employees we have reduced the hours that
the office is staffed to a minimum and set up home-working for
everyone.
Please email us wherever possible at [email protected].
Your calls to 01923 231811 will be to an answer machine, which is
checked throughout the day. Our aim is to maintain the same level of
service and we’d appreciate your understanding if there is a delay in
answering your query.
Sermon of the Year
It is highly unlikely we will be able to hold our live event of the Sermon of the Year Grand Final on
25 June. We are currently looking at options to host the event online and will let everyone know as
soon as we can. In the meantime a massive ‘thank you’ to everyone who entered. Watch this space!
We say goodbye to Andy Moreman
After almost two years of dedicated service, Andy Moreman has
stepped down from his role as a Trustee to give him time to lead and
develop new projects.
We thank him sincerely for all his hard work for LWPT and wish him
well in the future.
Welcome to our new Trustee
David Tuckett recently became a Trustee of
LWPT, appointed by the Wesleyan Reform Union.
David had a career as a Chartered Surveyor, first
in the public sector and then in private practice,
working in over 30 different countries.
David is now retired and regularly preaches
in the Sheffield Circuit of the WRU and helps
to run the Sheffield Central Job Club for CAP
(Christians Against Poverty) based at Network
Church. He is married and lives in Sheffield, and
enjoys motorcycling, hill walking and is building
a model railway layout in his attic.
