They can choose the hours they work….and don’t get me wrong, these agents work hard….but it can be when it suits them. Be sure to find out how often you receive your hard earned commissions ….working from home and being your own boss also means having greater control over your finances, and the time to pay attention to them. So what’s the catch? Surely it is not all a bed of roses? Actually, it pretty much is. Something else you will want to look for, and that you might miss from working in an office, is the sense of community with your co-workers. But, one thing that is important is to carefully select your host agency to make sure that they can support your schedule.
