I cannot tell if becoming a project manager is a difficult or easy work but I can 100% make sure to you that being a manager in Frami Pro is an interesting work. You can learn from what you do. You need to be resourcefulness all the time. During the working hours, especially the one with a client, you need to first wear the white hat, analyze and see what the client wants and transfer it into the possible decision which is the thing the client truly needs.

At the same time, while discussing with the client you need to use your guts feeling, your red hat to read the situation quickly. Sometimes, client’s assignment is not so clear because they are standing inside the organization, but you can always determine what they want from the way they talk, from the stress in words and so on. Then, you will be able to help yourself as well as the client in exploring the problem.

Of course, gut feelings also give you a hand in avoiding an annoying situation in the meeting. Black hat can come before yellow one and vice versa. Personally, I always try to see the risk first then use my optimism eyes to explore the opportunities because even in risk you can still find another great way to develop the project. The green hat can be taken into account anytime. At last, while contributing your resources with team members in finalizing the project, you need to always wear the blue hat in order to control the team. A project is not only about what you have but also what do your member can? They also have their own ability and you need to be the one to allocate those resource to the right task, right position.
