Her advice to students? “Never give up. Set goals for yourself and achieve them. The first goal for students is to graduate. Make sure you accomplish that goal and don’t give up when you don’t get the grade you want, if your boyfriend or girlfriend breaks up with you, or if you aren’t getting the playing time you think you deserve. Always be persis-tent.”
President Kina Mallard speaks with great passion as she gives advice on the impor-tance of never giving up, even if that is all you want to do.
Although Mallard has only been the President for a short period of time, she has already made a tremendous impact through-out the Reinhardt campus and community. Reinhardt is lucky to have someone so invol-ved and willing to make changes for the better throughout the campus.
