You will need:
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a small
saucepan and bring to the boil.
2. Reduce heat and simmer for 20
minutes.
3. Strain and decant into a bottle,
will keep for around 2 months in
the fridge.
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 T Brown sugar
Small Knob of Ginger grated or
diced
1 tsp Mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp black peppercorns
You will need:
¼ cup Tahina
¼ cup orange juice
¼ cup lime juice
Thumb size piece of ginger
grated
¼ cup coconut water
Method:
1. Place juices in blender, add ginger – blend.
2. Add tahina and coconut water and blend for further 10
seconds.
3. Chill for 5-10 mins before using.
4. Keeps in fridge for up to a week.
