You will need:
1 cup of Broccoli
1 cup Chic Pea Flour
1 cup Non Dairy Milk
2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Nutritional Yeast
¼ tsp of Turmeric powder (optional)
¼ tsp vegetable stock powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp sea salt
½ - 1 cup grated vegan cheese
Method:
1. Arrange Broccoli in oven
proof baking dish.
2. Whisk remaining
ingredients (excluding
cheese) into a smooth
batter, it should be smooth
and slightly runny, like
pancake batter.
3. Pour “egg” batter over
Broccoli.
4. Sprinkle grated vegan
cheese on top.
5. Cook in 180 Celsius oven for
40-45 minutes, till batter is
firm and cheese is brown
