You will need:
2 cups of cooked soy beans
1 onion diced
1 carrot diced
3 T chic pea flour
¼ cup vital wheat gluten
3 cloves of garlic minced
¼ cup tomato chutney
1 T Worcestershire sauce (vegan)
1 tsp of parsley
Pre-rolled puff pastry (check
ingredients to ensure vegan)
Method:
1. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree
Celsius.
2. In food processor, process
soy beans, carrot and onion
till combined.
3. Add remaining ingredients
and mix till combined.
4. Spoon mixture onto middle of
puff pastry sheet, and roll up.
(you may need to cut down
your pastry depending on
size)
5. Place onto baking tray –
repeat till you have used all
your filling.
6. Cook for 20 minutes, till
golden.
