Graduation Ceremonies 2013—Relive the Joy!
August saw celebrations aplenty at graduation ceremonies held across all five of Hult’s campuses.
A grand total of 1,861 students graduated from Hult’s postgraduate and undergraduate programs
this year and we are delighted to welcome them to the Hult Alumni Association! Check out this
year’s commencement speakers and images from the ceremonies. We are also featuring some of

Top commencement speakers
Arthur Gensler & Lawrence Louie (below)
This year’s graduation commencement
speakers ranged from the Mighty Eagle, also
known as CEO of Rovio Entertainment Ltd
and the creator of the Angry Birds game at
the Shanghai campus, to the founder of the
largest design and architecture firm in the
world, Arthur Gensler at the San Francisco
campus. The Boston campus welcomed Ceree
Eberly, the Chief People Officer and Senior
Vice President for Coca-Cola, arguably the
most global company in the world. The London
Bachelor graduates were entertained by Lucian
Tarnowski, who was voted ‘Global Enterprising
Young Brit’ and is also the founder and CEO
of career networking site BraveNewTalent.
com, while the London postgraduate ceremony
featured Riaz Shah, the Global People Leader
of Assurance Services at Ernst and Young. The
commencement speaker at the Dubai campus
this year was Dr. Saad Al Barrak. One of the
most decorated CEOs based in the Middle
East, Dr. Saad Al Barrak and the company
that he led to remarkable heights, the Zain
Group, has received accolades from numerous
institutions across the globe.
The Alumni Association was represented at all
ceremonies, handing out Welcome Packs and
introducing our new students to the Hult Alumni
Association.
