The current definition of success,
in which we drive ourselves into
the ground, if not the grave, and in
which working to the point of exhaustion and burnout is considered
a sign of virility, was created by
men. It’s a model of success that’s

Third Metric.
So, please join the conversation
and help redefine success for women and for men, so that we can live
the lives we want, not the
lives we settle for.
