THE MANAGER - Steve Housham
As a player Housham played as a midfielder from 1993 to 2007, notably in Football
League for Scunthorpe United where he was part of the club that triumphed in the
1998/1999 Division Three Play-offs. He moved on to Barrow before finishing his career
with Brigg Town, who he later managed from 2007 to 2011 when he was appointed
manager for Trinity.

SIMON RUSSELL
Midfield
Having started his career at Hull City, where he experienced league football before
moving to Kiddeminster, Scholesy joined Trinity in the January transfer window, having
previously been at Alfreton Town. a busy midfielder, he made an immediate impact with
a stunning opening goal in the FA Trophy victory over Tamworth.
PHIL BARNES
Goalkeeper
Having started his professional career with Rotherham United in 1996, he first made a
name for himself as Blackpool's first choice goalkeeper from 1997 to 2004. He notched
up 141 league appearances during his spell with the club which earned him a move to
Sheffield United. Phil is back at Trinity for a second time having spent last season at
Alfreton Town.
CIARAN TONER
Forward
A product of the Tottenham Hotspur youth system, Toner is an experienced footballer at
high level, boasting Peterborough United, Bristol Rovers, Leyton Orient as past football
league clubs on his CV. A former Northern Ireland international, he is recognised by his
teammates as a leader on the pitch.
