O n November 5 2015, UKDN Waterflow (LG) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lanes Group plc, acquired UKDN Waterflow Ltd and certain assets of both UKDN Waterflow Limited (in Administration) and UKDN Waterflow Technical Services Limited (in Administration), wastewater and drainage services providers. The recent acquisition is seen by the board of Lanes Group as a perfect fit with Lanes’ business strategy to gain Insurance market sector presence. The businesses complement the existing service provisions of Lanes Group plc within the highways, rail, utility, insurance and commercial sectors.
