THE UNKNOWN FORCE The reasons why things happen can be explained differently: a hidden force, which plays an important role. Chance, the silent yet strong force that causes something to happen to you. The phrase, you never know what will happen, comes true when difficult situations arise. The idea that “it was meant to be” could change at any time. Divorce, death, and disease show that you can never be certain. It turns love and marriage into two signatures on paper. Chance, neither good nor bad, opinion of it comes and goes. Colors are great medians for one’s own expression. Storms are seen as gray and dark. However it is just water under a covered sun. Red is the color of an apple, green is the color of grass and blue is the color of the sky Why are colors tied to specific things? People often reflect and think What if I did this, or what if I went here? What would have happened? One step towards one path will lead to several steps away from the other. A second step towards that one path leads to an infinite of steps away from the other. IMAGINING LIVING SOMEWHERE ELSE I listen to the noise of traffic, the loud sound of a car’s horn, people yelling and calling each other names. My house is not to far from the city and transportation is easy to come by: walking a few meters to a friend’s house next door or driving 5 minutes into the city to get or to do anything. I imagine myself living in the countryside somewhere in the farms of Tennessee where houses are miles apart. It is hard to see other people or go out to places. All I see is pigs, cows, and chicken. I see corn, wheat, and vegetables. I imagine the sun staying in one place and not moving, making days longer. I imagine seasons lasting years and time moving slowly. There are not people around just the people you live with stuck in the house all day if
