Stage 2 is where the buyer will decide what they really want and look at trading off position against , size , style and condition . Do they want the best house in the worse street , vice versa or something in between ? You know the drill .
This stage is also where the buyer will learn everything they can about values from sales in the area . They will learn that an asking price does not indicate actual value and begin to get a genuine “ feel ” for values as their search area narrows .
