Franchising Requires a Collaboration Between You and Your Franchise Lawyer. An important point (something
you already know) is that growth requires action and if franchising is the vehicle for the development and growth
of your business, you (individually) must be actively involved in the development of “your” franchise system.
As a franchise lawyer, I can tell you that I rely very much on the input of our clients and how they respond to
our suggestions, the options we make available to them and how they see their future operations. The franchise
development process is very much a collaboration, and you need to be actively involved in the process.
One thing we hear often is from many perspective franchisors (business owners like you) is that after having spoken
