likely simmering away in the back of your mind making a nuisance
of itself. The whole time the stream of hot steam emitting from that
stew pot will be blurring or blocking your thought processes. The
nagging reminders of unfinished business that clutter our minds is
very heavy on the heart and can also effect our overall health
negatively.
Avoidance, Procrastination, and Indecision Contribute to Mental
Anguish
My best advice is to avoid avoidance at all costs. Stop stressing over
your indecision, breathe deep into your gut and take a leap of faith.
Don't worry that your decisions may turn out less than wonderful.
You'll never know for sure until you allow something new or
different a chance to evolve anyway.
Take Action and Tackle Those Pesky Tasks
Take action and do whatever it is that you have been intending to do
but never get around to it because it isn't the most pleasant task to
attend to. You will feel so much better having put it behind you.
Completing your tasks will purge those nagging thoughts of
