KNOW ABOUT THE
HOUSING CONTRACT

1 You are agreeing to live in housing for
the full academic year (August – May).
2 If your housing needs to change, you
must cancel your housing prior to July 1
to avoid penalties.
3 You must be registered for at least 12
credits by the start of the semester to
move in and no later than the end of
Drop / Add to remain in on campus
housing.
4 Students requesting accommodations
for their disabilities, must do so
by March 1. After the deadline
accommodations will be provided
based on space availability.
5 All new students are required to have
a meal plan including transfers.
6 By agreeing to the housing contract,
students are also agreeing to the
Stevenson Student Code of Conduct.
7 The University reserves the right
to select the specific bedroom
and building to be assigned to the
student, to assign other occupants to
the unit, and to move the student to
another bedroom or unit, at any time,
in the universities sole and absolute
discretion.
8 Students with a need to remain
on campus during university break
periods agree to complete a housing
break extension request. Additional
fees may apply.
9 The housing contract begins when
students move in for the fall semester.
Move in details will become available
over the summer.

residence life portal.
