Travel from La Paz into Chile via the REA (Reserve Eduardo Abaroa), in the southern part of Uyuni Salt Flats. Day 1: La Paz – Uyuni Depart by bus from La Paz, heading southwest through the impressive highlands to Oruro, which is largely famous for its mining economy. Travel north to the mummies of Coquesa, situated in the foothills of the Tunapa volcano, then return to the village of Colchani. If weather permits, enjoy the spectacular sunset. Experience a night in a unique Salt Hotel. Day 3: La Paz Explore some more in the morning before flying back to La Paz where your tour ends. Day 3: Potosi Cross the Andes Range seeing great landscapes, old mines and Indian villages on your journey towards Potosi. Enjoy a Potosi city tour including visits to the Mint House, colonial churches and local markets. Days 4-5: Potosi – Sucre Visit the remains of a silver mine in the famous Silver Mountain. An afternoon bus trip will take you to Sucre. Take a tour of Sucre and an Indian Textile museum. Day 6: La Paz Fly to La Paz where your tour ends.
