just a couple hours drive from the big city. Enjoy the rustic charm and
buzzing atmosphere of a historic fishing village, coupled with a row of
pristine beaches to while your holiday away. After you've ticked off the must-do's of Rio de Janeiro, head to one of
the most stunning spots on the Brazilian coastline. Paraty is a beautiful
albeit small colonial city, where cars do not belong. Explore the delicate
old housing and churches of the earliest times of Brazil, and take a
refreshing dip in one of the many hidden waterfalls nearby.
Day 1: Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in Rio de Janeiro, transfer to Copa Sul Hotel for a three night stay. Day 1: Rio de Janeiro
On arrival into Rio, transfer to Copa Sul Hotel for a three night stay.
Days 2-3: Rio de Janeiro
On a full day of sightseeing you will meet Christ the Redeemer, also take
the cable car to Sugarloaf Mountain and take in the sweeping city views.
The rest of your time is free to relax on the beach or do some shopping. Days 2-3: Rio de Janeiro
The next two days are spent soaking in the sights and sounds of this
famous city. Spend a full day visiting Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf
Mountain; both monuments will showcase fantastic views of Rio. Also
spend a day on famous Copacabana Beach with the locals.
Day 4: Rio de Janeiro – Buzios
After breakfast you will be transferred to Buzios. Sit back and enjoy the
scenery on this two hour transfer. Arrive into Buzios and check in to La
Chimere, a cosy pousada with plenty of character.
Day 5: Buzios
A Buzios open-top trolley adventure is the best way to get to know the
peninsula. Visit several beaches and picture perfect lookouts.
Day 6: Buzios – Rio de Janeiro
You will be transferred to Rio de Janeiro where your arrangements end.
Day 4: Rio de Janeiro – Paraty
Depart the city for Paraty, it won't take long to wind down in this slow-
paced cobblestone town. Check in to Pousada do Sandi for three nights.
Days 5-6: Paraty
Make the most of your stay in Paraty by taking a cruise around the bays,
also a guided walking tour of Paraty will show you corners that you
would may not have discovered yourself.
Day 7: Paraty – Rio de Janeiro
A transfer will return you to Rio de Janeiro to finish your arrangements.
