Experience Singapore
Our favourite things to see and do
Bumboat Ride Along Singapore River – Make your
way to Marina Bay and jump aboard a traditional Singapore
‘Bumboat’ to cruise along the river. Hop off at Boat Quay,
where you’ll find many bars and restaurants all housed in
historic Peranakan shop-houses. Check out the riverbank
deals such as ‘2 for 1’ and ‘happy hour’.
Vivocity – Located five minutes from the CBD, VivoCity
is every shopper’s dream. With a broad selection of stores
from fashion to homeware, toys to entertainment, it’s
Singapore’s largest shopping mall and is designed to offer
the best shopping experience for the entire family. The mall
is complete with Singapore’s largest cinema complex, giant
food courts and an amphitheatre for events.
Singapore Chilli Crab – For an authentic meal experience
that will get your taste buds going, head to Chinatown and
try Chilli Crab with tangy gravy and succulent flesh.

Clarke Quay – On the edge of the river, and buzzing with
activity at all hours, you’ll find the most popular restaurants
and bars. Soak up the atmosphere as you stroll through the
retail shops and open-air bazaars.
Raffles Hotel – Step into nostalgia at the Long Bar in
Raffles Hotel for Singapore’s signature drink. Colonial
architecture, straw fans gently swaying and peanut shells on
the ground combine to make this an iconic experience.
Dempsey Hill – Once the site of military army barracks,
just a short distance from Orchard Road and set in
green surrounds, is a hip cluster of wining and dining
establishments, art galleries, antique furniture stores and
weekend farmers markets.
