As far as the Bangkok-based Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin is concerned , most fine-dining restaurants are like eating in a church . As a contrast , the restaurant , which operates out of the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok with a concept from Chef Henrik Yde Andersen , choreographs dinners more like a play or a film with different acts .
