MESSE STUTTGART PRESENTS A HYGIENE AND SAFETY CONCEPT FOR THE SAFE STAGING OF INTERGASTRA 2022
INTERGASTRA is one on the top European trade fairs for gastronomy , hotels and the eating out market . The organisers aim to safely stage the forthcoming edition of the trade fair under almost “ normal ” conditions , from 5 to 9 February 2022 . An effective hygiene and safety concept has been formulated for INTERGASTRA 2022 . Messe Stuttgart models all its safety measures on the regulations of the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg . Visitors can look forward to a customarily extensive offering with a diverse program on the DEHOGA stage , exciting competitions , the concurrent gelato trade fair GELATISSIMO , theme-related workshops and talks in the “ Fokus Hotel ” section , and the Stuttgart Coffee Summit . Around 102,000 visitors from more than 30,000 companies in over 70 countries came to obtain information about the latest products , trends and future-oriented ideas on an exhibition area of more than 120,000 square metres . INTERGASTRA takes place regularly at Messe Stuttgart in conjunction with GELATISSIMO , the largest trade fair for gelato north of the Alps .
