And with the Hotelier’ s Day on Saturday, we offer a tailor-made program for decision-makers across the hospitality sector. In addition, the new lecture line-up at the Interior Design
& Architecture Hub in Hall 3.1 addresses everyone involved in furnishing and equipping hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality spaces.
HOTELS: Ambiente has built a strong reputation in the hospitality sector with its Dining offer. What is driving the growing focus on interiors? Kastl: Because dining is never just about food; it is about atmosphere, design and creating memorable guest experiences. That’ s why we have developed Hospitality Interiors as a dedicated offering. In Hall 3.1, the curated Interior Looks showcase brings together high-quality furniture and interior brands. Our Ambiente Designer 2026, Katty Schiebeck, will stage the new Interior Design & Architecture Hub, creating an immersive space where
hospitality design, material innovation and business opportunities converge.
HOTELS: Networking and business matchmaking seem to play a bigger role than ever. What are you offering in this field? Kastl: Networking and matchmaking have become key. We are introducing a new digital matchmaking platform, directly integrated into our ticketing system. It connects visitors and exhibitors from the moment they register, year-round. Combined with our LeadSuccess tool, every contact becomes measurable and actionable. On site, tailored matchmaking formats complement this digital layer. The result: fewer coincidences, more relevant strategic encounters.
