HIGHLIGHT : Designed as a stately refuge from the city ’ s downtown , the lobby showcases Italian antiqued mirror inset in a ceiling to open up the space with refl ecting light , while granite fl ooring in a custom pattern — along with macassar ebony paneling on the desks — contribute a high sheen .

HIGHLIGHT : Similar to the surrounding geographic area , the lobby features mountains and valleys in the form of triangular planes and oblique line sets in different tones of gray .

HIGHLIGHT : The design theme throughout the hotel is “ The Spark ,” embodied by a backlit , digital undulating wall that is more fast-paced and colorful in the reception area , with features designed to appear as if melted or electrifi ed by The Spark .
