PHILIPPE LEBOEUF NAMED CEO OF DORCHESTER COLLECTION
Dorchester Collection has announced the appointment of Philippe Leboeuf as its new CEO, effective June 2025. Leboeuf most recently served as managing director of Raffles London, and some of his other leadership positions include regional vice president of operations at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, vice president of operations at Rosewood and general manager at Claridge’ s. The move comes after the departure of Eugenio Pirri last year.
OMNI HOTELS APPOINTS CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Adam Hayashi as its chief revenue officer. Hayashi will be responsible for driving Omni’ s goals related to maximizing topline revenue performance and capturing greater market share. He will report directly to Jeff Doane, Omni’ s chief commercial officer. Hayashi’ s career spans over 20 years in the hospitality industry. Before joining Omni, Hayashi served as the global vice president of revenue management, distribution & BI at Accor, supporting more than 120 hotels across the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts brands. He has also held various leadership positions at Accor, including regional director of revenue management and vice president of revenue management, North & Central America.
HOTEL EQUITIES’ NEW CDO AND VICE CHAIRMAN
Hotel Equities has announced the appointment of Greg O’ Stean as its new chief development officer and the promotion of Joe Reardon to vice chairman. O’ Stean brings more than three decades of hospitality development, investment and strategy experience to the role, having held executive leadership positions with major hotel brands and investment firms. Most recently, he served as CEO of United Hospitality Management where he oversaw a global portfolio of hotels across Europe and the Middle East. Joe Reardon, who has overseen Hotel Equities’ business development efforts for the past 11 years, will focus on strategic partnerships as the new vice chairman of the company.
LEADERSHIP TRANSITIONS AT PYRAMID GLOBAL
Pyramid Global Hospitality’ s chief financial officer Isaac Hicks has succeeded Eric Habermann as chief operating officer. Habermann retired in April after seven years with the company and a nearly 40-year career in hospitality. Hicks takes on the COO role after six years with the company. Previously, he was senior vice president of business analytics and operational excellence and executive vice president of operations finance and analytics before being promoted to chief financial officer in 2022. Hicks has nearly 30 years in hospitality and his experience spans hourly and managerial positions at property level to home office leadership. Judy Brigham, formerly executive vice president of corporate finance, has become the new chief financial officer and Pyramid Global’ s first female CFO after 12 years with the company.
